it’s decent for fast food and fast they are. if you went on an off day or right in the middle of rush, it might not have been the most premium quality, but if you’re able to get in there before a line starts or a day when the good people are in there, it hits. a line started right before we were next so we went at a good time. if the time feels right, try it again. might be worth it.

Honestly, I’m not sure why there’s an incredible amount of negative reviews. I ordered for delivery during lunch rush and it came within 20 minutes. The food was a little cold, but that’s to be expected with delivery. Otherwise, it tastes great & my order is correct. I’ll keep this updated if I do get food poisoning lol When the place first opened, I had some issues with portion sizes/wrong orders, but I haven’t had that issue since it slowed down some. It’s put together a bit messy, but that’s how it is at literally every chipotle. If you have any serious issues, you can reach out on the app and they’ll refund it or at least look into it. I’d say try it if you’re reading these reviews and are on the fence. This place literally did just open 2 months ago and it was insanity for weeks. Johnstown does have a habit of ruining anything good, but I don’t think this is one of those places.

I have had Chipotle in numerous Phoenix and Las Vegas locations, and have been patiently waiting for a Chipotle to pop up in Johnstown! This location was just as excellent as Chipotle has always been! I went for the grand opening, and even with a line practically out the door, the wait time was not very long (about 20-30 minutes). The customer service was great, and the food was delicious! I got the carne asada burrito. The most impressive part was how many people were in the kitchen, yet everyone worked like a well oiled machine! I will definitely be making many trips back!

The food was generous and well flavored. Service was as it should be. Thanks! I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because we were after the noon rush, about 2, and most of the tables were dirty. The employees had time to stand and chat but apparently wiping down tables wasn’t a concern.

For the money, their steak burrito beats any burger joint hands down. For the number of customers and local sports teams, it's very clean.

Please ignore the negative reviews. This place just opened Nov 8, 2023. The lines have been out the door so naturally service isn't that fast when they are constantly having to restock the containers and are running out of food. Be patient and kind people. You can't beat Chipotle for a fresh healthier food option. Keep coming back and make sure this new location stays in the area.

Excellent food. Granted, you've got to like beans and rice. Good portions. I gave it 4/5 on service, because it's a fast food place, and the ordering isn't really intuitive relative to other fast food places. I gave 3/5 on atmosphere. If you're selecting a fast food place based on atmosphere, you're doing it wrong. Overall, definite 5/5.
